This will be the final dinner as Saint City Supper Club. We will be shifting all our focus to our nonprofit organization, Saint City Culinary Foundation, supporting men and women in the culinary industry.
We are excited to have Chef Paredes joining us for this special night. He currently is the owner of Carnitas Lonja in San Antonio. He has received a plethora of accolades including being named among the best new restaurants in America by Esquire Magazine, Eater, and Bon Apetit Magazine.
