Amy Riggle | Director of Events & Programming
Amy began working in the restaurant and hospitality industry at age 17 as a way to earn extra money for college. She earned a degree in art history from Trinity University with minors in studio art and business. However, after graduation, she found it hard to escape the food industry and has followed her passion for creating unforgettable events and memorable meals ever since. Amy currently works as the assistant director of catering at the San Antonio Country Club. She also serves on the board of directors for the Alamo Chapter of the National Association for Catering and Events.
